We have different charging structures for the different services
that we provide.
Hardware / Software Development & Testing
We prefer to undertake development and testing work on a fixed
price basis. This allows our clients to budget accurately without
any hidden extra charges. Please contact us so that we can discuss
your requirements and provide a quotation for your project.
Under certain circumstances, where requirements are subject to
change for example, we can provide development effort at hourly
or daily rates. For more details please request an up to date copy
of our document "Rates - Development".
Repair and Maintenance
Repair and maintenance is undertaken on a fixed price basis. Please
contact us so that we can discuss your requirements and provide
a quotation.
Due to the nature of repair work there may be a charge for the
initial investigation and diagnosis work that is required before
we can produce an accurate quotation. When we are given the go-ahead
to complete the repair this charge will be waived.
Technical support
Most technical support issues can be resolved with just a telephone
call or an exchange of emails with one of our engineers. We offer
a low cost annual telephone/email technical support plan that provides
access to our engineers. More complex problems may require an on-site
presence or remote access to your system which can either be charged
at our standard daily/hourly rates, or at reduced rates when "blocks"
of support time are purchased that can be called off as necessary.
When a client has an emergency that requires immediate attention,
but does not have a regular requirement for support we can provide
support charged at our hourly or daily support rates.
